This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/Accused No.2, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash F.I.R.No.4 of 2007 on the file of Bhavaninagar Police Station, Hyderabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 384 of I.P.C. The learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana representing respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the investigation agency had completed the investigation and filed the charge-sheet before the Court concerned and the C.C. number is awaited. In that view of the matter, the question of quashing the FIR does not arise at this stage.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
