THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.3273 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., by the petitioners / Accused No.4 to 22, seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No. 1316 of 2016, on the file of the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at Hayathnagar. 2.

Having regard to the fact that the matter is coming up for framing charges in the Criminal Case, before the Trial Court, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings. Therefore, without going into the merits of the case of the petitioners, the petitioners / Accused A4 to 22 are given liberty to approach the Trial Court and file an appropriate application, seeking their discharge and put forth their claim, in which case, the Trial Court shall pass appropriate orders on merits, expeditiously. 3.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners / Accused Nos. A4 to A22 that the petitioners are aged persons, the appearance of the petitioners / Accused A4 to A22 in CC No.1316 of 2016 on the file of the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at Hayathnagar is dispensed with, except on the occasions when the Trial Court requires their attendance.
