When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri S.Sridhar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to raise all the issues before the 1st respondent.

Reserving such liberty, all the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
