1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 in P.R.C.No.556 of 2009 on the file of VI Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Guntur. 2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission accorded. 3 In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed, granting the liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
