This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 03.11.2015 passed in I.A.No.1020 of 2015 in O.S.No.206 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Special Sessions Judge for trial of Cases under SC & ST (PoA) Act-cum-Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam. 2.

As per the Office note, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 28.3.2016. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the very purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
