THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR P. I. L. NO.71 OF 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the State Respondents as well as the unofficial respondent No.7, we dispose of this writ petition directing the second respondent to look into the complaint made by the petitioners against the seventh respondent ,which is annexed to the writ petition. While examining the complaint, if the second respondent finds that any legal measure is required to be taken, he will do so after giving notice and an opportunity of hearing to the seventh respondent as well as the petitioners. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is recorded that in spite of notice being served, if the seventh respondent and the petitioners also do not turn up for hearing, decision shall be taken in their absence. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There will be no order as to costs.
