ORDER :

According to the petitioner, he is owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.3.63 cents in survey no.892 and 893, Ankuylapatur village, Chillakur mandal, SPSR Nellore district having purchased the same through registered document No. 2407/2017 dated 6.9.2017. 2.

Petitioner submitted application dated 8.10.2017 in Form-VI-A through 'Mee-seva' vide reference No.TAMU 011303971596 for issuance of pattedar passbook and title deeds in respect of subject land. Having received the application since no further steps are taken, the present writ petition is filed.

It is seen from the material on record that petitioner submitted application for issuance of pattedar pass book and title deeds. If that is so, and if such application is pending, the Tahsildar/3rd respondent, shall dispose of the said application, if not already disposed of, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the above directions, the Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
