HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition Nos. 39114 of 2014, 831 of 2015 and 2022 of 2015 Common Order:

Pursuant to the reference of these three matters before the Lok Adalat, the cases were settled between the parties and a common award was passed on 09.07.2016 on an agreement between the petitioner and the respondents.

2. In view of the same, the award passed by the Lok Adalat on 09.07.2016 is made as part of the record in the present Writ Petitions and the Writ Petitions are, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the award. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions, shall stand closed.
