Heard the party-in-person and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the respondent No.1.

Petitioner's grievance is that he had filed an application in Crl.P.No.2744 pf 2015 in C.C.No.1404 of 2012 before the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad and the said application, though filed about a year back, is not being decided by the said Court. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the 1st respondent states that the Public Prosecutor attached to the said Court will cooperate for disposal of the said application and for early trial in the main case.

Therefore the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, to decide Crl.P.No.2744 of 2015 filed in C.C.No.1404 of 2012 on his file within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the learned Public Prosecutor attached to the said Court shall co-operate in its early disposal and also in the early disposal of C.C.No.1404 of 2012. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
