THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10941 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 3 in C.C.No.633 of 2014 on the file of XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Medchal. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. He further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the matter as early as possible.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the learned XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Medchal is hereby directed to dispose of C.C.No.633 of 2014 as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
