There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- ".....to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandumus to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to appoint a Special investigation Team OR direct the official respondents to investigate the above incident by the Crime Investigating Department (CID) to reinvestigate the dowry death of the petitioner's daughter namely Naga Padmini and W/o.V.Suresh, dowry death occurred on 21-07-2013, at Shadnagar, Mahaboobnagar District and consequently direct the respondents to take appropriate action against the 8th respondent and his family members basing on the representation dated 30-07-2014 made by the petitioner and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader placed on record a copy of the final report filed before the Executive Magistrate (Tahasildar) at Shadnagar, Mahaboobnagar District, and also a report submitted by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Shadnagar (SDPO). 4.
From perusal of the said final report and report submitted by the SDPO, it is revealed that during the course of investigation as many as five witnesses were examined and recorded their detailed statements. The Investigating Officer has visited the scene of offence, which is located towards Southern side of the police station and at a distance of 2 kms. in the house of deceased at Ayyappa Colony, Shadnagar, and conducted scene of offence panchanama, drafted the rough sketch of the scene and all the observations were brought on record and an
inquest was conducted over the corpse in the presence of mediators and subjected the body to the postmortem examination. It is also further mentioned that as per the evidence collected during the course of investigation, it was revealed that being vexed with the life, the deceased committed suicide on 21.07.2013 and there was no foul play in the death of the deceased. The postmortem examination report discloses the death is due to hanging. The Investigating Officer also filed final report as suicidal death on 31.08.2013 before the Mandal Executive Magistrate, Shadnagar.

In the light of above said facts, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 6.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
