Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition and he also filed a letter dt.22-06-2018 to the Registrar (Judicial) to that effect. Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
