JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) Suo motu cognizance was taken by this Court due to the fact that despite the order, dated 30.04.2019, directing the alleged contemnor to hand over the custody of Master Afraaz Ahmed to the mother on 11.05.2019 by 05.00 PM., the same was not carried out by the alleged contemnor.

Today, Ms. Shabana Yasmeen, the mother of the child, has appeared before this Court. She informs this Court that immediately after 11.05.2019, the custody of Master Afraaz Ahmed has been handed over by the alleged contemnor. 3.

Therefore, the present contempt case is hereby dropped. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand closed.
