2. Petitioner, who is a licensee of A4 shop in the name of

M/s. Poleramma Talli Wines, Mandadam Village, Talluru Mandal, Guntur District, is aggrieved by the complaint lodged against him vide FIR.No.109 of 2014 dated 02.10.2014, primarily, on the ground that he was found selling liquor on Dry Day i.e. 02.10.2014. Based on the said complaint, the license of the petitioner was suspended by the Prohibition and Excise Superintendent, Guntur by order dated 10.12.2014. Petitioner filed an appeal before the Commissioner, Prohibition & Excise and sought intervention by the Commissioner to pass appropriate orders including that of fine and to revoke suspension. The said appeal filed on 21.12.2014 is stated to be not yet disposed of, hence, the present writ petition is filed seeking direction.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise submits that the Commissioner is in the process of hearing and disposing of the said appeal.

4. Keeping in view the said submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' aforesaid appeal, if not already disposed of and dispose of the same, preferably, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
