THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.9905 of 2014 ORDER:

No representation for the sole petitioner.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the petitioner and the 2nd respondent entered into compromise before the Lok Adalath on 12.09.2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 417 and 420 of IPC and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. Perhaps on account of the matter being settled before the Lok Adalath, there is no representation for the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
