THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.12236 OF 2021 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.3 in frequently calling the petitioners to the Police Station and trying to arrest them without there being any FIR against them.

Sri S.Rama Mohan Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, basing on the written instructions dated 05.05.2021, would submit that respondent No.3 never called the petitioners to the Police Station, as alleged in the writ affidavit. There is no complaint against the petitioners herein and therefore the question of respondent No.3 calling the petitioners to the Police Station does not arise. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
