Both the learned counsel submitted that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 05.8.2021 passed by this Court in writ petition No.11434 of 2021 and batch. Therefore, the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order.

In view of the above submission, following the common order dated 05.8.2021 passed in W.P.No.11434 of 2021 and batch and for reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
