THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.988 of 2016 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 13.07.2015 passed in C.M.A.No.1 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Razole. The petitioner filed the C.M.A.1 of 2014 challenging the orders dated 31.10.2014 passed in I.A.No.249 of 2012 in O.S.No.30 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Razole.

As per the note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.30 of 2012 on 29.01.2018. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision became infructuous.

Hence, the C.R.P. is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
