THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32405 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the impugned proceedings dated 14.09.2017, wherein the request of the petitioner was not considered for issuance of clearance certificate in respect of his bus bearing registration No.AP 04 W 5229, while delivering the possession of the said vehicle to the petitioner, after completion of lease period, as illegal and arbitrary. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been adjudicated by this Court in W.P.No.19021 of 2017, vide order dated 14.06.2017, and this matter is squarely covered by the said order. The same is not disputed by the counsel appearing for respondents.

Hence, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 14.06.2017 in W.P.No.19021 of 2017. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
