HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5127 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 3 and perused the prayer in the writ petition with the supporting affidavit and other material on record.

From the supporting affidavit averments, it is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the police are not properly investigating the case.

The learned Government Pleader for Home submits that police investigation is in progress.

Having regard to the above and by recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to complete the investigation and file final report in the form of charge sheet or otherwise within two (2) months from today, if not already filed so far.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
