folder before making corrections if any This application is filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court while granting bail to the petitioner herein in Crl.P.No.2758 of 2019, wherein, while granting the bail, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the petitioner/accused No.1 to appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every day between 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

till charge sheet is filed.

Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner/accused No.1 has been complying with the aforesaid condition from the date of order. He further submitted that the investigation is completed and only charge sheet remains to be filed. He lastly submitted that the matter pertains to the year 2019 and prayed the Court to relax the aforesaid condition.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that though the investigation is completed, charge sheet is not yet filed.

Hence, he prayed the Court to dismiss the application.

In view of the above, since investigation is completed and the petitioner is complying with the aforesaid condition, this I.A. is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner/accused No.1 in the order, dated 10.06.2019 to appear before the Police concerned once in ten days till charge sheet, is filed is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Police concerned whenever his presence is specifically required.
