THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7151 of 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the order dated 10.12.2009 passed in Crl.R.P.No.34 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Sessions Judge, Nalgonda at Suryapet, wherein and whereby the order dated 02.06.2008 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1503 of 2008 in C.C.No.560 of 2005 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Suryapet, was confirmed. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that C.C.No.560 of 2005 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Suryapet was disposed of on 25.04.2014. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
