The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). - ORDER:
The petitioner has appeared for the post of Junior Panchayat Secretary. As she has studied hll through her career in composite District of Karimnagar, she is claiming local status in respect of Karimnagar, but the respondents are not treating her as a local candidate of Karimnagar and not considering her case for the said post on the ground that she has studied in Warangal Urban District. Since the petitioner has studied in the composite District of Karimnagar, she has to be treated as a local candidate of Karimnagar. Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Junior Panchayat Secretary by treating her as a local candidate of Karimnagar, irrespective of the fact that she has studied in Warangal Urban District, in the existing vacancies.
