ORDER:-
Dr. Radhakrishna Murthy Yarlagadda, learned counsel on record for the petitioner expired. Sri M.Janaki Ram, learned counsel, undertook to enter appearance for the petitioner and the matter was adjourned at his request on 26.06.2015.
2. Today, Sri M.Janaki Ram, learned counsel, states that he contacted the petitioner and was informed that the matter is closed and therefore, the petitioner does not wish to pursue this writ petition. However, Sri M.Janaki Ram, learned counsel, did not enter appearance by filing his vakalath for the petitioner. This court cannot therefore act upon his submission as he is not empowered to represent the petitioner.
