THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8711 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not issuing mutation proceedings, pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the petitioners' landed property covered by Survey No.13 admeasuring Ac.1.39 guntas and Survey No.16 admeasuring Ac.1.20 guntas totally admeasuring Acs.3.19 guntas situated at Chowderguda Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in spite of the petitioners' application dated 18.07.2017.

This Court noticed that the petitioners merely filed the application for issuance of mutation proceedings, pattadar pass books and title deeds. But, they did not follow the procedure prescribed under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act. If the petitioners want mutation proceedings, pattadar pass books and title deeds, they have to file an appropriate application in Form VI A of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving such liberty to the petitioners. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
