It is stated by counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.Balakishan Rao, Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent that issue raised in the writ petition is covered by order dated 12-12-2017 in WP.No.38710 of 2017 and Batch and order dated 30-11-2017 in WP.No.26845 of 2017 and Batch.

Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed in terms of said orders and respondents are directed to evaluate the answer scripts of the petitioner, and depending on the marks obtained by him, they shall take further action and also to complete the verification, within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
