THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.4061 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 03-04-2017 in I.A.No.1108 of 2016 in O.S.No.496 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Khammam. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to raise the points raised in this revision before the trial Court. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
