The petitioner filed appeal before the 4th respondent under Section 27 of Right to Information Act on 19-06-2016 against the orders of 3rd respondent and the same is not disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.Devanand, Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 3. In view of above facts and circumstances of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
