Sri R. Sameer Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
