Sri P. Vamsheedhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioneraccused No.2 is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the learned XI-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, has taken cognizance and assigned C.C.No.218 of 2015, and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
