It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Arbitration that pursuant to the adjudication order in C.M.A. No.6 of 2007, respondents had paid the stamp duty in terms of the said order and the document also released, which was kept pending. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present C.R.P. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
