The claimants in O.P.No.382 of 2006 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, preferred the instant appeal aggrieved by the Judgment and decree, dated 26.11.2010, passed in the said O.P. 2.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat, at request of both parties. The Lok Adalat has passed an Award, dated 11.10.2017.

In terms of the Award, dated 11.10.2017, passed by the Lok Adalat, the instant appeal is disposed of.
