Ramasubramanian) The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and include her name in the final and mop-up round counselling for admission into the PG Medical Course under Management Quota under NRI/ Institutional Category - 2 and 3 for the academic year 2019-20. 2.

On 29.05.2019, when the writ petition came up for orders as to admission, it was adjourned to 03.06.2019. However, no interim order was passed. Today, learned counsel for the parties submits that the matter has become infructuous since the last date for counseling and admission is already over. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication any more in this writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
