ORDER:
Complaining that respondent No.4 is interfering with the rights of the petitioner with regard to land in an extent of Ac.1.99 cents in Sy.No.328/5 and Ac.0.07 cents in Sy.No.328/3 at Malayanur village, Kundurpi Mandal, Anatapuram District, petitioner filed a representation dated 15.06.2015 before respondents 2 and 3 requesting them to take action against respondent No.4. Present writ petition is filed alleging inaction on the part of respondents 2 and 3.
2. It is evident from the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2015 that the complaint of interference is against a private party, who is arrayed as respondent No.4. Obviously, the second respondent cannot grant injunction or protect the petitioner from alleged interference and the petitioner has to move appropriate civil Court for seeking necessary relief. The writ petition is clearly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach a competent Court of law for appropriate relief. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
