THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.16676 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in processing the application No.F/747/24427/12 submitted by the vendor of the petitioner viz., Kanumuri Venkata Satyanarayana Raju under acknowledgment, dated 20.10.2012 for regularization of the land in Plot Nos.757 admeasuring 333.33 sq.yards, Plot No.758 admeasuring 333.33 sq.yards, Plot No.759 admeasuring 133.33 sq.yards in Sy.No.139 (in total 800 sq.yards) situated at Kompally village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, duly considering the representation, dated 17.04.2017 submitted by the petitioner.

2) It is the case of the petitioner that he along with one Dindi Bhaskar Rao are the absolute owners of the subject land, having purchased the same from one Kanumuri Venkata Satyaranayana Raju and Dandu Rama Raju, through a Registered Sale Deed dated 24.05.2013. It is further submitted that since there is a surplus land, their vendor viz., Kanumuri Venakta Satyaanrayana Raju submitted an application to the 3rd respondent and made payment of Rs.6,52,240/- for regularization of the said land, which was acknowledged on 20.10.2012 and the said application is pending for consideration. However, to the dismay of the petitioner, respondent No.2 has issued a Demand Notice dated 11.08.2016 to pay an amount of Rs.

33,00,000/- for regularization of the land, which need not be paid by him as his vendor had already paid the amount for regularization of the land. It is further submitted that despite receipt of the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.

the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders for regularization of the land. Hence, the Writ Petition.

3) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation, dated 17.04.2017, to the 2nd respondent with a request to process the application submitted by his vendor under acknowledgment, dated 20.10.2012 for regularization of the subject land. He further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the said representation dated 17.04.2017 is considered and disposed of in accordance with law by the 2nd respondent.

4) Having considered the limited prayer of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 17.04.2017 submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law. 5) With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
