When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner.

Heard Sri M.Krishna Rao, learned counsel for the respondents.

A perusal of the record discloses that petitioner is challenging the suspension orders dated 21.04.2003 and this Court was pleased to grant interim suspension of the said suspension order vide order dated 30.04.2003. In view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
