ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside notification, dated 08.11.2012 of respondent No.4.

At the hearing, Mr.S.Rahul Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after the filing of this writ petition, a fresh notification was issued, which was set aside by this Court and that no further notification has been issued.

In view of this subsequent event of issue of a fresh notification and its having been set aside, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail a fresh remedy in the event, a fresh notification is issued and if he feels aggrieved thereby. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.48530 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
