THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11407 OF 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.417 of 2013 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Jaggaiahpet, Krishna District.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this Criminal Petition, with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law, including filing of petition for discharge.

3 Permission is accorded.

4. In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed, granting the liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
