THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 3463 of 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent No.2 in interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner without registering any crime.
Even after adjourning the matter twice, today when the matter is called, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 sought further time.
In the circumstances, this Court is constrained to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner, if no crime is registered against him. If a crime is registered, it is needless to observe that the respondents shall follow due process of law.
