The common order dated 30.12.2014 passed in the batch is placed on record. In terms thereof, this writ petition is allowed declaring Section 163 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 introduced through Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments (Amendment) Act, 2014 as void. Pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
