THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL APPEAL NO.945 OF 2008 ORDER:

Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, represented that the appellant has expired during pendency of the appeal and expressed his inability to produce the death certificate of the appellant. However, an endorsement was made on the appeal to the effect that the appellant died and requested to dismiss the appeal.

In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is dismissed instead of dismissing the same as abated. No costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
