THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.1902 of 2004 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order reverting the petitioner from the post of Shilpi Assistant to that of Attender issued vide impugned proceedings vide Roc.No.RK2/1292/2004 dated 21.01.2004 issued by the 2nd respondent on behalf of the first respondent as illegal. Heard both the counsel.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner was posted on deputation for a short while.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.
