When the matter is taken up for hearing on 08-07-2015, as there was no representation for the petitioners, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 15-072015. Even today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners either in the morning session or the afternoon session, though the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal". It indicates that the petitioners are not diligent in pursuing the matter effectively, leaving with no other option for this court except to dismiss the writ petition for default.
