This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, t973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C'C'No'B3B of 2010 on the file of XXV Metropolltan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Miyapur.

Heard. Perused the record.

The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced before this Court the online case status of the subject C.C., which reveals that the subject C.C. was disposed of on 08.11.2018 4.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending irr this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
