The case of the petitioner is that he purchased agricultural land through registered sale deed document No.7218/2012, dated 30-07-2012 from Khadi Grameena Parisramala Sangham, Anantapuramu. The petitioner is in possession of the said land from the date of purchase. The respondents 4 to 6, who are nothing to do with the said property interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner. On that, the petitioner filed suit in O.S.No.721 of on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Anantapuramu and the same is pending. Basing on the fictitious documents, the respondents 4 to 6 obtained pattadar passbooks. On that, the petitioner preferred the appeal. But no action has been taken. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the 2nd respondent has no power to cancel the pattadar passbooks and title deeds. The petitioner has to file revision under Section 9 of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act (for short "the Act").
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty for filing revision.
Accordingly, liberty is given to the petitioner to avail remedy under Section 9 of the Act. As and when revision is filed, the revision is to be dealt with in accordance with law. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
