_____ SK,J I.A.No.1 of 2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the Gram Panchayat for the respondent No.3 and perused the entire material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of issuance of notice to the respondent No.4 on 26.03.2024 by the respondent No.3, the respondent No.4 continued the construction activities in the subject property.

Learned Standing counsel for the Gram Panchayat for the respondent No.3 submits that respondent No.3 would take appropriate steps on the notice issued to the respondent No.4 on 26.03.2024 with regard to illegal construction.

In view of the submissions made by both sides, there shall be interim direction directing the respondent No.4 not to make any further construction activities in the subject property without obtaining necessary permission from the competent authority.
