HONB'E SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDARAM WRIT PETITION No.12499 OF 2017 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not issuing the fitness certificate to the Motor Cab bearing No. T.S 15 UA 3574 of the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by an order dated 06.04.2017 of this Court in W.P.No.9570 of 2017. In the said order, it was observed that the respondent authorities shall allow the petitioners forthwith to submit their applications through online and process the same as expeditiously as possible and complete the testing formalities within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is allowed in accordance with and in terms of the order dated 06.04.2017 of this Court in W.P.No.9570 of 2017. There shall be no order as to costs. A copy of the order dated 06.04.2017 of this Court in W.P.No.9570 of 2017, may be tagged to this order. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
