HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.2360 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act is filed alleging willful and deliberate disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order of this Court dated 12.10.2015 passed in Writ Petition No. 33305 of 2015.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the orders of this Court have been complied with.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Counsel appearing on either side, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Contempt Case shall stand closed in consequence.
