HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1875 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

Convinced with the submission of learned counsel for petitioner/AO, this petition is allowed and order dated 13.11.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.203 of 2014 in C.C.No.69 of 2013 passed by the learned Special Judge for trial of ACB cases in Rayalaseema Region, Kurnool is set aside and the trial Court is directed to return the Public Provident Fund account and other documents relating thereto and instruct the Post Master, Head Post Office, Khairtabad, Hyderabad to allow the petitioner/AO to operate the Public Provident Fund account on the condition of petitioner/AO furnishing a third party property security to a tune of Rs.4,50,000/- to the satisfaction of the trial Court. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
