Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for School Education (TG) appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri K.Ramakanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners herein, the petitioners submitted a representation to respondent No.2 herein on 19.01.2018, but no action has been taken by respondent No.2 so far on the said representation. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2 herein to pass appropriate orders on the said representation by fixing some time.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing respondent No.2 to verify the representation, dated 19.01.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
